Your email address will act as your username. You will use it to sign in to OnTheHub.
  • Must have at least 8 characters
  • Must have at least 4 unique characters
  • Must not contain your first name, last name, username or email address
  • Must not be a common password (e.g. 1234567890, password123 or qwerty12345)
Tip: To make it easier to remember, consider using a passphrase - a sequence of random words (e.g. ChocolateIceCreamIsTasty).
Please enter your student ID or employee number.
If you do not have one, please enter your full name (e.g. Jane Smith).

Maximum file size: 2 MB.
Acceptable file formats: PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, BMP and PDF

Acceptable Proof

Some orders may be placed on hold until we receive and verify the proof that you send us.It may make a few days to review your request, please do not submit your proof more than once.

Please note that your proof of eligibility must be provided in one of the following supported languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese. Valid forms of proof include:

  • Dated student ID card (must include your student status)
  • Current student report card or progress report
  • Dated faculty ID card (must include your faculty status)
  • Recent faculty/staff payment stub (financial information can be blacked out)
